TikTok Launches First-Ever NFT Collection 'TikTok Top Moments'

Featuring Lil Nas X, Bella Poarch, Brittany Broski, Curtis Roach, and more, TikTok is launching its first-ever NFT collection called 'TikTok Top Moments'. This collection is designed by some of the most influential creators on the platform and is inspired by their trending videos. TikTok aims to empower creators by recognizing and rewarding their content through NFTs.

The NFTs will be available on Ethereum and will be powered by Immutable X, a carbon-neutral Layer-2 scaling solution for Ethereum developed by StarkWare. TikTok Top Moments includes six culturally significant TikTok videos from beloved creators such as Lil Nas X, Rudy Willingham, Bella Poarch, Curtis Roach, Brittany Broski, FNMeka, Jess Marciante, and Gary Vaynerchuk. The first creator to launch their NFT will be Lil Nas X, in collaboration with artist Rudy Willingham. The one-of-one NFTs will be available on Ethereum, while the limited edition NFTs will be powered by Immutable X. Weekly drops will continue throughout the month, and after that, the NFTs can be minted and traded with zero gas fees on the Immutable X Layer-2.

Each NFT drop has its own unique story. For example, Lil Nas X's NFT is inspired by his song 'Montero (Call Me By Your Name)' and a stop motion video created by TikTok creator Rudy Willingham. Curtis Roach's NFT is a collaboration with COIN ARTIST, and FNMeka's NFT features a collaboration with RTFKT. Gary Vaynerchuk's NFT is a collaboration with Jess Marciante and x0r. Bella Poarch's NFT is a collaboration with Grimes, and Brittany Broski's NFT is also a collaboration with Grimes, with the proceeds going to charity.

In addition to owning these culturally significant moments on TikTok, each TikTok video in the collection will be presented at the Infinite Duets: Co-Creating on TikTok exhibit at the Museum of the Moving Image in Queens, NY from October 1 to November 5.
