TikTok and American Express Launch #ShopSmall Accelerator Program

TikTok and American Express have joined forces to launch the #ShopSmall Accelerator program. This program aims to help small businesses reach new audiences and grow their businesses.

The #ShopSmall Accelerator, powered by TikTok and American Express, features popular TikTok creators Anna Sitar, Brandon Blackwood, and Sofia Bella. To enhance the experience, a custom Shop Small® soundtrack has been created specifically for TikTok content.

This initiative is designed to help small businesses stand out during the busy holiday shopping season and make the most of Small Business Saturday® on November 26.

TikTok has become the go-to platform for discovering new small businesses, with 58% of TikTok users stating that they discover new brands and products on the platform. Additionally, 44% of users have made immediate purchases based on their discoveries.

The #ShopSmall Accelerator serves as a one-stop shop for small businesses, offering expert creative guidance from popular TikTok creators, opportunities to reach new customers by leveraging the latest trends, and strategies to boost growth. To support small businesses in getting started on the platform, TikTok is also providing up to $250,000 in ad credits to eligible businesses.
