Interestingly, there is a shift among SMBs towards emerging players like TikTok, as 67% of surveyed SMBs expressed optimism about their growth potential on the platform.

The report indicates that small businesses feel comfortable and enjoy the TikTok experience, with 81% finding it fun and 73% considering it easy to use.

While starting a business on TikTok may seem daunting, the joy of creating and connecting with the community is contagious. In fact, 78% of small businesses currently using TikTok plan to increase their investment in the platform.

Many business owners find the effectiveness of a platform to be a compelling reason to start or increase their investment.
