MACRO x TikTok Black Creatives Grant

The MACRO x TikTok Black Creatives Grant is a first-of-its-kind grant developed to invest in and support Black creators and artists on the TikTok platform. It aims to provide resources and personalized coaching to help bring their dream creative projects to life. The grant recipients include artists specializing in photography, illustration, and product design, as well as influencers focused on fatherhood, vegan lifestyle, financial literacy, self-love, and more.

This initiative is part of TikTok's commitment to supporting Black creators and fostering innovation in their respective industries.

Grant Recipients

  • Vegalia Jean-Pierre: Multidisciplinary artist specializing in photography, illustration, and product design.
  • Jason Linton: Adoptive father using his platform to promote positive messages of fatherhood and inclusion.
  • Darlene Octavia: Vegan food and lifestyle blogger creating delicious and nutritious recipes for those new to the Vegan lifestyle.
  • Carlynn Greene: Education influencer and journalist focused on financial literacy for higher education.
  • Lynnell Jones Jr.: Digital illustrator and animator inspiring creativity and self-acceptance.
  • Grace Hayes: Multifaceted performance artist creating inspiring videos.
  • Joel Bervell: Medical student committed to fighting health disparities through education.
  • Denise Francis: Self-love coach and researcher bridging the gap between self-love and mental health for women of color.
  • Lonnie Marts: Digital creator known for his comedic sketches.
  • KIRBY: Talented writer and artist.
