Introducing Creator Next: Enhancing the TikTok Experience for Creators

Creators on TikTok entertain over 1 billion people globally. Their content brings joy, laughter, knowledge, and a sense of community. TikTok is a unique platform where culture starts and creativity knows no bounds. To reward the creativity and passion of these creators, we are introducing Creator Next. This program allows eligible creators to unlock new and existing tools to enhance their TikTok experience.

In addition to Creator Next, we are introducing two new features that allow the community to show their appreciation for creators. The Tips feature enables people to directly show gratitude to creators for their content, similar to recognizing exceptional service or giving a standing ovation. Creators will receive 100% of the tip value, just like in-person tipping. Payments are processed through Stripe, making it easy for creators to sign up and manage their earnings.

Another new feature is Video Gifts, which allows creators to collect Diamonds not only through live streaming but also by posting videos. This provides a fresh way for people to interact and engage with the content they love.

Furthermore, we want to make it easier for creators to collaborate with brands on TikTok. By opening the TikTok Creator Marketplace (TTCM) to more creators, we aim to create massive moments for brands worldwide through creators' sponsored recommendations on products and services. Eligible creators with 10K followers or more can now sign up to TTCM and collaborate with brands that align with their interests and creative style.

Video Gifts, Tips, and TTCM are now part of Creator Next, along with LIVE Gifts and the Creator Fund. We encourage creators to explore these features and take advantage of the opportunities available to them on TikTok.
