I FINALLY Went Viral With Tiktok Organic Dropshipping

Introduction

Hey everyone! Welcome back to the channel! Today, I'm excited to share my journey of organic dropshipping over the past seven months. Initially, I thought going viral would be a straightforward task, especially since I had a TikTok account in high school that amassed 10,000 followers effortlessly. Back then, videos would skyrocket to 500,000 or even 750,000 views. However, things have changed drastically, and adapting to this new landscape has required more effort and learning than I anticipated.

Despite the challenges, I'm seeing great improvements in my efforts, particularly with a new product I've been testing. Join me as I break down the strides I've made in my organic dropshipping journey!

Journey Recap and Introduction to My Product

Recently, I shared a video documenting my six-month journey from November to May, where I struggled to gain traction. I barely managed to pull off a few 20K view videos, and only one reached 50K views. However, with consistent effort and some strategic changes, I finally saw positive results.

Specifically, I found a product that piqued my interest: a belt with a zipper pouch. It offers a 'wow' factor and is easy to market within the cannabis niche. With my burner account, I discovered that there was minimal competition, making it a prime candidate for scaling.

Website and Content Strategy

While I had to shut down my previous store, I can admit that it lacked the quality it needed to succeed. That said, it was the same format I had been using previously, and realizing this has allowed me to reflect on the importance of a well-constructed online store.

In terms of content strategy, I ran two TikTok accounts, two Instagram accounts, and one YouTube Shorts account. On TikTok, I achieved an impressive one million views across my videos, including one that hit 150,000 views, which is a personal record for me. As for my YouTube Shorts, I faced some inconsistencies as none of my videos surpassed 10,000 views, though they did jump to that threshold before tapering off.

Significant Progress on Social Media

Over time, my perseverance paid off. On Instagram, I collectively received 210,000 views, with one video alone racking up 160,000 views. Overall, my total views for this product reached about 1.6 million. Thanks to this traction, I managed to secure 20 sales at approximately $ 43, translating to a profit of around $ 217.53 after accounting for sourcing costs.

While my product may not have been perfect (its practicality was somewhat limited), I can confidently say that I’ve learned valuable lessons throughout this process.

Moving Forward

Although I didn’t achieve the viral status I initially envisioned, I did experience significant growth and learning. I’m now working on two new products and am excited to double my testing capacity with a second phone.
