I turned to TikTok, where I spent around two hours scrolling through various product videos. The algorithm quickly adapted, showing me more promising products based on my interactions.

After examining countless options, I zeroed in on a trendy light product that had proven to be popular on social media. One notable product that inspired me was the Aurora glow light, which consistently garnered millions of views and positive engagement. This was the kind of viral potential I was looking for!

Once I settled on my product, I placed an order from AliExpress and began planning my store.

Building the Store

I opted for Shopify and took advantage of their promotional offer of three months for just $ 1. I created a new store using a free theme called "Sense" and customized it to fit my brand. I took photos of the product, crafted an engaging description, and utilized ChatGPT for assistance in writing compelling text.

I emphasized the importance of customer reviews and noted that spending too much time on perfecting the store was unnecessary. Instead, I believed I could continuously improve the store after making some initial sales.

Marketing Strategies

With the store up and running, the next crucial step was marketing the product. Using my iPhone, I filmed numerous clips showcasing the product in various settings. I even enlisted a friend, Matt, to help out. In total, we produced around 100 clips, which provided a wealth of content for potential advertisements.

I posted on TikTok five times a day, experimenting with different angles, sounds, and captions. It was slow to start, but by day four, one of my videos exploded, reaching 500,000 views! This provided evidence that the product had substantial potential, prompting my dedication to posting consistently.

Leveraging Affiliates
