Creatine is a supplement that's really popular in bodybuilding. It's often touted as the best supplement for building strength and muscle. So, I decided to take creatine for 30 days to see how it would actually change my body. Here's everything that happened.

Understanding Creatine

Creatine is a naturally occurring molecule known for increasing strength and muscle growth. Recently, it has gone viral for its potential to boost brain function.

Day 1: Baseline Measurements

On the first day, I took all my baseline measurements to have a clear point of comparison once the 30 days were up.

Day 7: Initial Observations

By day seven, I started noticing one of the effects of creatine. This could be placebo, but I've noticed that I feel stronger and much less sore. This perception of increased strength and reduced soreness persisted throughout the next few weeks.

Post-30 Days: Results and Observations

After 30 days, I stopped taking creatine. Although my soreness returned to normal levels, I didn't lose any of the muscle or strength I had built while taking the supplement. In the end, I recorded no difference in the measurements, but it’s worth noting that this was only a 30-day trial.
