To start, we'll navigate to the home screen and then go to Orders > Shipping Options. You should see a screen displaying the two different shipping options available to us: TikTok Shipping and Seller Shipping.

The main difference between these two options is straightforward yet crucial:

TikTok Shipping: When TikTok shipping is selected, it indicates to TikTok that we do not want to send any shipping information to SK IQ or Shopify for order fulfillment. This means we are delegating all fulfillment responsibilities to TikTok. There is no reason for TikTok to send fulfillment data to any third parties because TikTok will handle everything.
Seller Shipping: If we want to use Shopify and SK IQ for order fulfillment with TikTok Shop, we'll choose seller shipping. This option tells the TikTok Shop that we'd like to use our own fulfillment methods instead of letting TikTok handle it.

To switch to Seller Shipping, follow these simple steps:

Select the Current Shipping Option: You should currently see "TikTok Shipping in use," indicating the current set shipping option.
Change to Seller Shipping: Click on "Select," and boom – now "Seller Shipping" is in use. This means all orders should be routed to SK IQ and Shopify for order fulfillment. Whatever tracking company or shipping service you use will be automatically ready to go.

Finally, to ensure all settings are correct for your shipping preferences, you can go to "View Details" and edit your shipping template. Make sure everything aligns with your shipping requirements.
