Sellers must always protect customer information and comply with TikTok Shop privacy policy. They should only send products that were registered in the order and should not get involved in any fraudulent shipment activity.

In case of any policy violations, TikTok Shop will assign non-compliance points to each policy driver according to their severity and impact.
