Account Setup

  1. Create Your Account: Ensure you have a registered TikTok Seller account.
  2. Product Research: Identify and research the products you want to sell.
  3. Supplier Sourcing: Find reliable suppliers.
  4. Sourcing and Listing: Source the products and list them on TikTok.
  5. Marketing: Promote your products to get sales.

Order Receipt

When orders are placed, they appear on your home screen. From there:

  • Access the Order Manager.
  • Time is critical; you have a 3-day window to begin processing.
  • Within 18 days, the order must be shipped and delivered within 11 days from the order date.

Order Processing

  1. Click on the Order ID: This action will bring up the order details.
  2. Check Your Inventory: Ensure you have the product or connect with your 3PL (Third-Party Logistics).
  3. Supplier Engagement: If you’re using a white-label product, visit the supplier's website. Enter the necessary details (like customer name, address, and contact details).
  4. Place the Order: Use your preferred method of payment (credit/debit card) to finalize the purchase. The product will be shipped directly to your customer.

Managing Shipment

Upon placing the order:

  1. Tracking Information: The supplier must provide a tracking ID within three days.
  2. Updating TikTok: Enter the tracking ID and select the shipping carrier from the supported list on TikTok.
  3. Handle Delays: If tracking information or delivery time is not adhered to, it impacts your account's performance metrics.

Order Status and Payment

  • Once shipped, the order status changes to 'Shipped'.
  • Upon delivery, the status changes to 'Delivered'.
  • After delivery confirmation, you receive the payment.
