In today's digital age, harnessing platforms like TikTok for dropshipping can yield impressive returns on investment. I recently launched a brand new product using TikTok ads, and the results were astounding. Within the first day of testing, I generated over $ 5,500 in revenue, and I’m eager to share how I achieved this remarkable feat.
Day One Testing Results
I conducted tests on two products using Campaign Budget Optimization (CBO). The first product was a resounding success, yielding 45 tracked sales at a cost-per-acquisition (CPA) of just $ 14.49. This CPA is considered excellent in the dropshipping space. As a result of the low CPA, I decided to boost my budget to $ 220,000 to maximize sales potential, even though my CPA did increase marginally towards the end of the day.
It's essential to recognize that increased budgets can lead to higher CPAs, but the trade-off is greater sales volume - in this case, more orders. With the pixel still in its early stages and not yet fully optimized, I'm confident that sales will improve over time.
The second product didn’t perform as well, garnering 27 sales, which is still noteworthy for day one. Unfortunately, its CPA was not as favorable, remaining at breakeven or slightly unprofitable. Nevertheless, since the first product significantly outperformed it, I plan to take this second product to a new ad account and attempt to optimize it there for potential future sales.

At the day's end, our revenue reached approximately $ 5,500 with a total of 114 sales across both products. This is an encouraging figure for a brand new store, and I eagerly anticipate scaling these results, aiming for $ 10,000-$ 20,000 days in the near future.
