so i got kicked out of the TikTok Creator Fund...

Introduction

Hey everyone,

I hope you're all having a fantastic day! Today, I wanted to share some news that I've recently encountered—I got kicked out of the TikTok Creator Fund. Let’s dive into it.

First off, let me just say a huge shout-out to my YouTube community. You've all been amazing, and the growth on this platform has been incredible! Thank you so much for your support. Now, between us, let’s keep this under wraps: I actually think YouTube is a better platform than TikTok. While my content hasn't been received well on TikTok, you guys on YouTube have been loving it, and that just means the world to me.

For context, the TikTok Creator Fund pays its creators very little—about five cents per thousand views. In contrast, YouTube compensates creators significantly better, ranging from one to four dollars per thousand views. Just to clarify—I don't create content for the money. It’s a hobby that I genuinely enjoy, but the earnings do help me dedicate more time to content creation instead of picking up extra hours at a job.

So, I initially joined the TikTok Creator Fund because even though the pay is low, getting views on TikTok is relatively easy. However, I've had a tough time on the platform. My Omegle videos constantly get taken down for ridiculous reasons, which is not only frustrating but also demotivating when the bulk of my content is being censored. Fortunately, YouTube has been much more accommodating—keeping my videos up and monetized.

Recently, I've experienced a significant issue: about one to two of my videos were getting taken down each week. Eventually, TikTok decided they'd had enough of my challenges—and just like that, I was out of the Creator Fund. There’s no option to appeal or reapply, it’s just over. While it may seem disheartening, I actually think this is a positive outcome, particularly for you guys. It means I can now dedicate more time to YouTube.

I want to be transparent with you all, as I’m just a regular high schooler sharing my experiences. It does suck to be excluded from TikTok, especially considering it played a significant role in growing my YouTube channel. Nonetheless, I won’t be quitting TikTok anytime soon, as it still plays a role in driving content to my YouTube.

In conclusion, new Omegle videos are on their way, and I encourage you to check out my non-Omegle content for some fresh entertainment. Keep those video ideas coming in the comments!

Wishing you all an awesome day. Peace!
