My $20k/Day TikTok Ads *TESTING* Strategy [Dummy Proof]

Introduction

In this article, I’ll walk you through my TikTok ads testing strategy that helps me generate substantial revenue for my brand—specifically, how I managed to pull in around $ 300K this month.

The Objective

The primary purpose of this strategy is to launch effective testing ads on TikTok to leverage social proof and enhance brand visibility. I’ve created three new ads based on a previous winning campaign that I intend to test.

Campaign Setup

  1. Creating Ad Sets: My approach involves setting up multiple ad sets that mirror the successful elements from past campaigns. For this round, I’ll reproduce five identical ad sets featuring the three ads I've prepared.

  2. Ad Performance Tracking: It’s essential to monitor these ads closely. I’ll check the performance in about nine hours (around 9 AM tomorrow) to assess which ads are performing well and which ones aren’t.

  3. Duplicate Best Performers: I will duplicate my best-performing ad set from the previous campaign and create a structured new campaign named for the date and the ads being tested. For instance, this campaign will be labeled “December 15th – Ads 380 to 382.”

  4. Ad Management: I like to keep things organized with a media buying tracking sheet that documents my campaigns. This documentation helps in analyzing past performance and decision-making for future campaigns.

Ad Creation

Uploading ads is straightforward; I’ll remove old ads and upload new ones simply by drag-and-drop. Typically, I stick to proven copy and descriptions. In this instance, there’s an enticing promotion—50% off—that creates urgency and encourages potential customers to take action.

The Creative Angle

Each ad features similar copy but utilizes different visuals (b-roll) to test how variations affect engagement. It’s crucial to have a defined angle for each ad; having a unique story or a compelling reason for running the ad increases its chances of success.

Finalizing the Campaign

Once all elements are set, I submit the campaign for review. The testing will begin, and the real analysis will happen tomorrow based on performance data. Ads will be either kept for continued use or killed off if they're underperforming.

Conclusion

This method of testing and optimizing TikTok ads allows for both flexibility and scalability in managing ad campaigns. If you found this insight into my ad-testing strategy helpful, please drop a like, share your comments, and I’d love to hear your feedback!
