i tried going VIRAL on tiktok in 24 hours from 0 followers!! *i succeeded*

Introduction

Hey guys, it’s Tiffany! Welcome or welcome back to my channel. In today’s video, I embarked on a fun challenge: to try and go viral on TikTok within 24 hours or, at most, a week. Inspired by other creators’ similar endeavors, I was excited to see if I could pull it off myself.

The Plan

To kick things off, I decided to focus on a few popular TikTok categories: dance videos, relatable TikToks, aesthetic and viby content, and lip-syncing clips. The first step was to create a brand-new secret TikTok account.

Day 1 Updates

I set up my account and, though I didn’t have any followers yet, I managed to get 8 likes across my videos—two of which were from me! I figured it would be best to post five TikToks a day to maximize my chances of going viral. By nighttime, I planned to post two more videos and check their performance in the morning.

Feeling a bit nervous, I completed my last post of the day while researching popular guy names for a relatable TikTok idea. I compiled a list of names, hoping to draw some engagement in the comments.

Surprisingly Viral

The next morning, I was shocked to find that one of my videos actually went viral! It racked up an impressive 51.9k views and 5,260 likes. This particular video, featuring the concept that “every girl has liked a guy named [fill in the blank],” struck a chord with viewers and garnered nearly 500 comments! The success of this post was beyond my expectations.

As the hours went by, I considered whether to continue my challenge since I had achieved virality on the first day itself. I decided to upload more videos that night and see how they performed, curious about whether my momentum would continue.

Day 2 Progress

By day two, I felt even more encouraged. I got my nails done—glittery gel nails that brightened my mood—and I posted three more videos. One of these new uploads had already gained 331 views within just five minutes!

Final Results

After a few days of posting consistently, I found myself with 49 subscribers and a total of 5,564 likes. My viral video ultimately hit 53.9k views, while another video exploring how long it had been since quarantine started reached 436 views.

To top it off, I showed off my new tie-dye marble phone case, which added an extra bit of personal flair to my updates.

Honestly, I didn’t think this experiment would work so well when I first started. Initially, I aimed for a few hundred views, so exceeding 50,000 was a pleasant surprise!

Thank you for sticking around through this journey. If you enjoyed the video, be sure to like, subscribe, and drop a comment—I love engaging with you guys!
