Dossier Fragrances

Before diving into today's TikTok product reviews, I want to thank our sponsor, Dossier. They sent over three new fragrances, a candle, and a diffuser. Dossier offers affordable versions of expensive designer and niche fragrances, available on their website and TikTok shop.

  1. Ambery Peach - Inspired by Tom Ford's Bitter Peach. Notes: Peach, Orange, Bitter Almond, Cardamom, Jasmine, etc. Surprisingly good despite my initial doubts.
  2. Woody Sage - Inspired by Joe Malone's Wood Sage and Sea Salt. Light, but doesn't last long.
  3. Citrus Green Apple - Inspired by Dolce & Gabbana's Light Blue. Smells even better than the original.

They also sent the Floral Marshmallow Candle and Ambery Cherry Diffuser. Both smell amazing and last long.

The TikTok Product Rabbit Hole

Korean Skincare from Anua

I tried Anua's Korean skincare bundle, which includes the heart leaf pore cleansing oil, deep cleansing foam, toner, serum, and daily lotion. Despite two weeks of usage, it led to multiple breakouts and clogged pores for both me and my daughter. This set doesn't seem authentic or effective.

Lash Clusters: V Eyes

Initially skeptical but now using these regularly, these lash clusters last longer and are more economical than salon lash extensions. A bit pricey at $ 42.99 but totally worth it.

Four Essentials Kojic Acid and Turmeric Pads

These pads are too harsh for facial skin but work fabulously for body acne and hyperpigmentation. They’re effective in lightening dark areas on elbows, knees, underarms, and other regions.

Elorea Multi Oil Body Wash

Excellent for keeping skin supple, soft, and moisturized. Smells fresh and clean, making it perfect to layer with any fragrance afterward. Highly recommend it.

COSRX Snail Mucin Products

Inconsistent results with the Snail Mucin Essence and Gel Cleanser. Not recommended for sensitive or acne-prone skin.

Pure Magnesium Oil Spray

Great for relaxation and improving sleep. Beneficial for muscle aches, high blood pressure, and overall health. Highly recommend.

NAD Supplement

Not overhyped. Seen significant improvements in skin and overall health. Regular intake or injections can lead to youthful skin.

Skincare from Skin1004

Disappointed with the Skin1004 Madagascar Centella Ampoule. Not effective for sensitive skin. However, the sunscreen is fantastic and worth the hype.

Beauty of Joseon Revive Eye Serum

Not effective for sensitive under-eye areas. Causes redness and irritation.

French Skincare: A313 and L’Oréal Hyaluronic Acid

Using A313 and L'Oréal Hyaluronic Acid has shown some skin improvements. These are worth considering but may require longer-term consistency.

Wrapping Up

I've tried over 30 viral TikTok products and spent nearly $ 900. While some were worth the money, many were not. Stay tuned for Part 2 of this product review series, where I'll cover more items.
