HOW TO GO VIRAL ON TIKTOK *easy*

Introduction

Hey guys, welcome back to my YouTube channel! Today, I'm sharing a highly requested topic - how to go viral on TikTok. Many people have asked for tips and tricks on how to gain views and followers, and I'll spill all my secrets based on my personal experience. I don't completely understand the algorithm, but here's what worked for me.

My Journey to 1.1 Million Followers

As of now, I have 1.1 million followers, and I still can't wrap my head around it. I started posting on TikTok at the beginning of quarantine in April, and initially set a goal of 50,000 followers by the end of the quarantine. After reaching it, I aimed for 100,000, then 200,000, and so on. My highest-viewed video has 9.7 million views, which is crazy considering my hometown has only 66,000 people.

My Top Tips for Going Viral

1. Find Your Niche

Find what you're good at and what people like watching you do. My niche is positivity, self-love, and confidence. Make sure your niche is what you enjoy doing; otherwise, you'll get sick of it quickly.

2. Post Quality Content

I try to post twice a day, around 2:30 PM and 5:30 PM. However, I prioritize quality over quantity. If I'm not feeling great or can't create good content, I don't post. Engage with your audience right after posting; reply to comments and build a relationship with your followers.

3. Use Relevant Hashtags

Don't just use trending hashtags. Use hashtags that are relevant to your page and not just the post. This will attract followers to your overall content rather than just one viral video.

4. Focus on Weekly Views

Instead of stressing over each video's views, focus on the total views you get weekly. This will give you a better sense of your overall growth and reduce anxiety over individual video performance.

Monetization and Verification

1. Creator Fund

The Creator Fund is only available in the U.S., so I don't get paid for views. However, you can still earn through ads, but ensure they align with your content.

2. Getting Verified

I'm not verified yet, and I don't have a specific method for it. One day, hopefully!

How to Get Noticed by Other Creators

Comment something authentic or funny. Also, mention or duet their videos to gain their attention.

Handling Hate

Expect some hate, especially from people you know. Ignore it and focus on being true to yourself. At the end of the day, the only person you need to impress is you.
