However, in this article, I'm going to show you how to set up your TikTok shop even if you are not in one of the available countries. Before we get started, here's a quick disclaimer: to do this, you're going to need a VPN. In my case, I'm using ExpressVPN, and I'll provide a link to it in the description so you can activate the VPN on your system before proceeding.

A second important point is that this method might not work for everyone 100%. There is a chance TikTok may ask you to verify your US address if something goes wrong during registration, and if you can't provide a valid address, your account may be limited or not approved. So, it's essential to decide whether you can verify an address in the US if needed.

To successfully set up a TikTok Shop, you need to form an LLC in the US. Here's a step-by-step guide:

Step 1: Set Up an LLC in the US

First, we need to form a business in the US. Northwest Registered Agent is a great option for incorporating your business and obtaining an EIN for your LLC. Begin by visiting their website:

Go to Northwest Registered Agent: Use the provided link, which will bring you to their page. Click on "Get Started."
Choose LLC: Select LLC when prompted for the type of business you want to form.
Select New Mexico: For economic reasons, select New Mexico as your business location. The state filing fee is $ 50, and there is no annual tax fee.
Enter Business Name and Purpose: Fill in your business name and your business purpose.
Use Registered Agent Address: You can use Northwest's address for free, which saves you the cost of setting up a separate business address.
