Bid Strategy
After creating the initial bid at our break-even price, I recommended making nine additional copies, creating five bids above and four below this amount. By the second day, we accumulated 31 orders totaling $ 1,358 in revenue. We monitored two active campaigns: the original test and the new bid campaign. Not all ad groups performed equally, prompting us to turn off the five lowest performers early to allocate funds more efficiently. Overall, we spent $ 486 on ads, generating $ 373 in profit, equating to a 27% margin.
Day 3
On the third day, revenue rose to $ 4,200 with 93 total orders, culminating in $ 5,700 over three days. Expenses from ads reached $ 1,100, yielding $ 1,561 in profit at a remarkable 36% margin. The success of the Blackhead Spatula allowed us to reinvest profits, proving that this campaign effectively scaled rapidly in a short time frame.
