Reflections

I don't think I've ever been so proud of myself. I'm honestly shocked that I hadn't implemented creatine sooner. I had no idea how my body was going to react. I've also been training more intensely and eating more food, so there are other factors at play. However, the main difference is that I've started taking creatine.

Time Frame

So, from when I started to last month, and then from last month to now—60 days basically—the transformation has been incredible.

I’m just at a loss for words.
