We almost outgrew our warehouse in one year!

Introduction

It has been nearly a year since we moved our small business into a new warehouse, and it's hard to believe how quickly we've begun to outgrow the space. Since setting up shop last year, we have expanded our offerings to over 45 product types, which has made our storage capacity feel increasingly tight.

Recently, we made the decision to completely rearrange the warehouse to optimize our operations. As part of this effort, we added approximately 10 new shelves and repositioned some of our products to improve efficiency during order packing. One of the most significant changes we implemented was placing our sticker shelves right behind our order packing stations. This adjustment has proven to be incredibly beneficial since we sell around 300,000 stickers each year, making it vital for them to be easily accessible.

We completed this project just in time for our largest planner delivery to date. With the new shelves installed, we were able to accommodate all 10,000 planners in our warehouse without any issues. Now, the only task remaining is to find customers for each of them.
