Training Step-3,Supply Chain Management Plans
Introduction
Welcome to the plans section where you can create and check your plans for an environmental initiative aimed at reducing consumption. This article will guide you through the login process and provide an overview of creating and managing your plans.
Accessing Your Plans
To access your plans, follow these steps:
- Click on the sidebar located at the top left of the page.
- Select "Supply Chain Management."
- Click on "Impacts."
- Finally, click on "Plans."
Once in the plans area, you will see a card for each location and type of plan. Useful information such as deadlines and categories will also be available.
Creating an Action for a Plan
To create an action within a plan:
- Click on any plan to access its actions.
- Click the "Create Action" button located at the bottom left or top right.
- Complete the form from left to right, selecting one of the displayed options for each field. All fields are compulsory, and the "Create" button will only be enabled when all fields are completed.
- Once you click the "Create" button, the action will appear in the "Not Started" column of the work panel.
Editing an Action
Actions can only be edited if they haven't been sent for review. Once Inditex approves your plan, you cannot change the actions.
- If an action is in the "Not Started" column, click the three dots on the right and select "Edit Action."
- Make the necessary changes in the form and click on the "Save All Changes" button at the bottom.
- To delete an action, click on the "Delete Action" option and confirm the deletion by clicking under the "Yes, Delete Action" button.
You can view all details regarding each action by clicking on the “View Details” option. The total reduction in plan data is the most critical detail, showing you the percentage of reduction affected by that action.
Understanding the Timeline and Kanban Board
The plan's timeline starts at the "Plan Required" stage, allowing you to create actions that will appear in the "Not Started" column. When all actions are created, click on "Ready to Review" at the top right. The plan then goes through three review stages:
- Initial Review: A quick scope check of the plan.
- Technical Validation: A technical specialist reviews the viability of the plan.
- Inditex Approval: Final approval from Inditex.
Once approved, you can implement the actions. Follow-ups will appear in the timeline for the local team to review actions. To change the status of an action from "Not Started" to "In Progress":
- Click the three dots on the right of the action and select the new status.
- Once in progress, you must upload evidence of the action by clicking on the action for details, toggling the left area, and clicking the cloud icon to upload documents.
You can also choose among the options in the drop-down menu to attach, download, or delete documents.
Once your factory completes the action and uploads the evidence, you can move it from "In Progress" to "To Review." The local team will provide comments if improvements are needed. Once the local team confirms that the action is completed and correct, they will move it from the "To Review" column to "Done." Only they can make this transition, and once in the "Done" column, you will not be able to modify its status.
Thank you for your attention.
