Entering the Shipping Address

Upon accessing the setup shop, the first task is to set up the shipping address. This can be done via the seller profile or directly by choosing the option presented. You will need to input details such as the contact person’s name, phone number, postal code, address, and select the correct region (England, Wales, Scotland, or Northern Ireland). Ensure these details are accurate for a smooth shipping process.

Although the shipping address might not match your business address, this discrepancy is not a problem.

Once you've filled out all necessary details, click the Submit button. A pop-up will confirm the shipping details according to the location you have added. If the product is available at the specified location, generate the label by clicking the provided option.

Setting Up Warehouse Pickup and Return Address

Returning to the home page after completing tasks such as payment verification and shipping address setup, the next step involves entering the warehouse address, specifically the return and pickup warehouse addresses. Within the shipping section, you'll find all the necessary options for this setup.

There are two shipping modes presented:

  1. Ship by Platform - Preferred
  2. Ship by Sellers - Optional

Account verification and shipping provider selection are crucial. You can proceed by selecting Shipping Templates, where you will be able to create and manage different shipping templates.

Creating Shipping Templates

To create a shipping template, click on Add New Template. You'll be prompted to name your template (e.g., Standard Shipping, Free Shipping). The template can include weight ranges and shipping fees.

For example:

  • Free Shipping: Select your pickup warehouse (the same address used for shipping). Set the maximum weight to 30 kg and ensure it covers the entire UK.
  • Standard Shipping: Enter a name (e.g., Standard Shipping), input a weight range (e.g., 0-30 kg), and set a shipping fee (e.g., 2.5 pounds).

After setting these details, click on Submit.

To edit warehouse settings for pickup and return, navigate to Account Settings and then Warehouse Settings. Here, you can modify your warehouse addresses as necessary.
