Today, two of our shops were suddenly deactivated. Upon investigating, we discovered the reason was our lack of use of a VPS or a US IP. Additionally, some friends received calls and messages revealing that their shops were also deactivated due to similar violations. These accounts were doing white label or private label (PL) selling within the US. The violations were almost identical.

If you're facing or fear facing similar issues, ensure you are using a VPS or connecting via a US IP. Do this especially if you are drop shipping in the US, as these rules will soon apply to the UK as well. Firstly, check the safety of your drop shipping sites before proceeding. Connect through a VPS to avoid similar violations.

It happened within two hours that we received two violations. Despite being a low-order account used for testing products, it still got a violation. The steps they require us to follow are detailed below:

  1. Buyer Communication: Submit one or two screenshots of your communication with the buyer.
  2. Supplier Invoice: Provide an invoice from your supplier, detailing your selling price and the invoice for your goods.
  3. Product Images: Submit images of your top-selling products.
  4. Packaging Process: Submit a video showing your packaging material and processes in the warehouse.
  5. Tracking Numbers: Provide the tracking numbers of all your products.
  6. Shipment Proof: Submit proof of shipment by entering the tracking number (e.g., USPS tracking) on their website and provide a screenshot.
  7. Warehouse Picture: Submit a picture of your warehouse with an ID card visible, ensuring no buyer's information is revealed but including the shipping address and label if required.

Direct your messages to buyers whose parcels may have been delivered, politely asking how they liked the product. While usually not done, this step can provide valuable replies to solve violations.
