Nearly Ten Thousand Items Sold in a Single Day! TikTok Shop's Black Friday Ranking List (10.30-11.6) Released

On October 27th, TikTok Shop's cross-border e-commerce Black Friday event kicked off, starting the "Black Friday Pre-Sale". It is reported that this grand event will last for 35 days, during which TikTok Shop will launch multiple rounds of promotions including "Black Friday Pre-Sale, Home, Digital, Trend Category Day, Carnival" and more, until November 30th.

Furthermore, as the largest platform event of the year for TikTok Shop's cross-border e-commerce, this grand event will also bring together resources from the United States, the United Kingdom, and Saudi Arabia for the first time.

As the second-largest site in TikTok Shop's global layout, according to Bloomberg, during this grand event, TikTok's US store will "offer up to 50% discount subsidies to attract sellers to participate in their Black Friday program". Currently, many media outlets hold a positive view of this first-ever "Black Friday Pre-Sale" conducted by TikTok Shop in the United States, suggesting that it may pose a "challenge" to Amazon's position.

According to a report by Marketplace Pulse, some brands have already gained substantial returns from TikTok Shop. For example, Amazon-native brand Wyze sold nearly 40,000 units of a SKU priced at $33.99 on TikTok in September. Meanwhile, smaller brands like Made by Mitchell quickly gained popularity on TikTok with their explosive videos, with their popular blush selling over 500,000 units. TikTok's US store has shown remarkable sales performance in the past week, with many small business owners seizing the opportunity of the first wave of promotions to boost their overall sales and traffic through the activity.
