Question 1: Tell me about yourself and why you want to work in logistics.
When answering this question, focus on your relevant experience, skills, and qualities that will enable you to perform well. Here's a suggested answer:
"I am a positive, driven, and professional person who can work effectively both in a team and on my own. Over the years, I've gained plenty of transferable skills, such as following processes and systems accurately, seeing the bigger picture, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and adapting to difficult situations while solving problems under pressure. I want to work in logistics because my skills and qualities are a perfect fit for the role. I gain a lot of job satisfaction from working in logistics and fully understand the importance of working quickly and accurately to ensure business success."
Question 2: Why do you want to work for us in this logistics role?
Conduct some research into the company and understand what makes them successful. Here's a suggested answer:
"I'd like to work for you because you have a strong reputation within the industry for delivering on your promises and supporting your staff. There are many logistics jobs available, but I want to choose my employer carefully to stay with one company for a long period.
