Lineaje to host Software Supply Chain Summit at Black Hat
Introduction
One of the significant feedbacks we've been hearing from customers is the prevalence of government mandates in the supply chain. Additionally, there are numerous vendors selling solutions for these mandates. However, what is lacking is enough industry guidance on what specifically to do and how to implement a good supply chain solution. To address this need, we have decided to create an event to provide comprehensive education on these issues.
We are excited to announce the creation of the Software Supply Chain Summit – a name that perfectly reflects the event's purpose. This industry event will tackle the current market needs by offering education on supply chain problems from an implementation perspective. The event aims to bridge the gap between understanding mandates, knowing the products, and actually being able to implement solutions effectively.
At the Summit, industry experts will discuss their experiences in solving these issues and provide actionable guidance. This approach will enable others to learn from their expertise. Essentially, it will become a forum for the exchange of ideas where vendors, customers, and practitioners can come together to address the enormous challenge of software supply chain issues.
The inaugural Software Supply Chain Summit will take place on August 6th at Black Hat, hosted at the Wynn Las Vegas. This first event will be followed by quarterly iterations to continuously educate and engage the community.
