Leaving TikTok Behind My Journey to YouTube Monetization

Introduction

In recent times, I found a decent source of income through TikTok Live, where I spent my time sharing advice and connecting with my audience. This platform allowed me to express my thoughts and engage in conversations, which ultimately helped me financially. However, my experience took a downturn when I discovered that I had been shadowbanned. This unfortunate turn of events significantly impacted my reach and engagement on the platform.

Due to the shadowban, I’ve made the decision to step away from TikTok. While I will still post content in the form of short videos and normal posts, my enthusiasm for the platform has dwindled. Instead, I am focusing my efforts on other opportunities that can bring me sustainable income and fulfillment.

At the moment, a significant portion of my income is generated through one-on-one mentorship. This personalized approach has proven to be rewarding both financially and in terms of building deeper connections with my clients. Additionally, I am working on cultivating a community around my brand, which I believe will open more avenues for engagement and interaction.

Looking ahead, my primary focus is to become monetized on YouTube. I see great potential in this platform as a mean to share my insights, entertain, and educate a broader audience. I’m excited about exploring this new journey and fully immersing myself in the creative process that comes with building content for YouTube.

In summary, while TikTok served as a starting point for my ventures, I recognize that change is necessary for growth. By leaving TikTok behind and directing my efforts towards YouTube and community-building, I'm confident that I can create a sustainable and fulfilling online presence.
