I Tested YOUR Money Making Methods in F2P...

Introduction

Making money in free-to-play (F2P) in RuneScape can feel like a painstaking process. Whether you're spam clicking Tinder boxes in Drain or crafting pie dishes at the Grand Exchange (GE), it's often the last thing you want to do at the beginning of your RuneScape adventure. However, having a decent cash stack is essential, unlocking numerous early-game resources and allowing you to purchase your first Bond. After my previous video showcasing five F2P money-making methods, I noticed a surge of suggestions in the comments, some of which were entirely new to me. So today, I decided to test out four more F2P money-making methods suggested by you, the viewers.

Speaking of money, I've recently launched my Discord server, where I host weekly giveaways. Last week, I gave away a Bond, and this week, I’m offering 5 million GP! If you're interested in participating, feel free to check out the link in the description. Also, don't forget to like this video to help support the channel in the algorithm!

Now, let’s dive into the money-making methods.

Method 1: Beer Buying in Varrock

The first suggestion came from kushy Kush, who pointed to buying beer in Varrock for 2 GP and selling it for 50 GP or more. This method requires a minimal investment and no skills. I headed to the Blue Moon Inn, located just south of Varrock Square, with 56 GP (enough for 28 beers). I spammed the bartender's dialogue using the space bar to quickly fill my inventory. After about 15 minutes, I gathered 224 beers from 8 inventories. Selling these at the GE instant sold for approximately 94 GP each, netting me a total of 2,056 GP. After subtracting the cost of 448 GP, I made a profit of 2,608 GP, translating to nearly 82,500 GP per hour. A great suggestion from kushy Kush!

Method 2: Zamorak Wines

Next, we looked at ligma 1764’s method involving Zamorak Wines, which requires 37 Magic for Telekinetic Grab. This method also demands a total level of 500 to access the higher floor of the Asgarnian Chaos Temple. After equipping the appropriate gear, I telegrabbed the wines and hopped worlds to maximize my gathering efficiency. In about 18 minutes, I collected 78 Zamorak Wines, which sold for an average of 745 GP each at the GE. After deducting the rune costs, I ended up with approximately 45,818 GP in profit and an hourly rate of over 150,000 GP. Thanks for the suggestion, ligma 1764!

Method 3: Collecting Ashes at the GE

The third suggestion from potian was to gather ashes from campfires at the GE. This method has no requirements and can yield around 28,000 GP per hour. I spent 15 minutes picking up ashes from the ground, managing to gather 280 ashes, which sold for 90 GP each. That brought in 25,200 GP, totaling just over 100,000 GP per hour. I was pleasantly surprised by this outcome! Shoutout to potian for the great tip!

Method 4: High Alching

Lastly, I tested werson 6947's suggestion to high alch items while watching YouTube videos. This method requires 55 Magic, some nature runes, and a staff of fire. I utilized the website AlMate to find profitable items. After purchasing trimmed green dehy bodies, I was able to high alch them efficiently. In just 24 seconds, I made 7,696 GP, which annualized to over 1.1 million GP per hour, although that assumes lengthy waiting times for item purchases. Realistically, within a 10-minute window, I managed to high alch about 210 items for a profit of 778,200 GP. A big thank you to werson 6947 for this versatile money-making option, which also provides decent Magic XP in the process.

Conclusion

These four money-making methods were all fantastic and entirely viable in the free-to-play realm, with various levels of engagement and requirements. If you're looking for more options, feel free to comment with your own suggestions. I might work on exploring member methods for future content.
