How to Post Unoriginal Content in TikTok Creativity Rewards Program | Full Course and Niches

Introduction

Introduction

Welcome back to another video! For those who don't know me, I'm Keel, and I specialize in monetizing social media. In today's article, I'll be guiding you through a full course on how to repost on TikTok within the Creativity Rewards Program (CRP) without risking your account being flagged for unoriginal content. It’s been a while since I've posted, mainly because I've been focused on my own projects and dealing with uncredited reuploads of my content. However, it’s Q4, and I’m excited to share this valuable information with you!

Finding Content

To start, let’s dive into finding content suitable for TikTok. I often utilize Instagram Reels to source videos. For this example, I found two reels that really resonate with me; I typically gravitate toward wholesome and educational content. The latter can be hit-or-miss, especially regarding the quality and theme, but wholesome content consistently performs well on TikTok.

To enhance my content discovery on Instagram, I created a dedicated account dubbed "Steel Content." This account focuses solely on my niches of interest, thus refining the algorithm to serve me better video suggestions. The first step is to identify engaging content that has the potential to attract viewers on TikTok.

Downloading and Editing

Once you’ve found a reel you’d like to repost, it’s time to download it. I recommend using an app like SnapInsta to accomplish this. Post-download, my preferred method for editing these videos is through my phone—I personally find it much more convenient than using a computer.

Here's my editing process:

  1. Crop the Video: Use an editing app like InShot and crop out any undesired backgrounds or text, focusing solely on the action captured in the video.
  2. Adjust the Volume: Turn down the volume completely, as you’ll want to use TikTok sounds instead.
  3. Split the Video: Add splits around the 6-7 second marks, then zoom in on interesting parts, creating a dynamic viewing experience. For example:
    • First split should be at the 7-second mark.
    • Second split at 14 seconds, selecting that section to zoom in on an object of interest.
    • Continue this process, adding another split at 21 seconds and zooming in on another focal point.

This strategy not only improves viewer engagement but also helps trick TikTok's algorithm into thinking it is unique content.

  1. Combine Clips: After editing each clip, combine them into a singular video while ensuring you maintain frame rate (adjust it to 60fps for optimal quality).

Final Touches

Before posting, remember to fit the video to a 9:16 aspect ratio and add a watermark—this typically includes your TikTok handle/stretching it for the duration of the video. Don’t forget to include captions directly on TikTok by rewriting your video captions and adjusting their duration to match the corresponding video clips. Set a fitting viral sound on top of your video to ensure it aligns with trending content.

Conclusion

Once everything is set, save the video, and you're ready to post! The wholesome or educational videos I've shared strategies for have proven to capture attention effectively, sometimes garnering views in the millions.
