The video has low production quality, yet TikTok is pushing out TikTok Shop videos hard right now. I noticed that when you post a video with a product linked, it gets more views. The real magic happens when people start ordering early in the video's stages, resulting in more views and orders—both incrementing each other.

For instance, my video started with 7,000 views and two orders in the first two hours. I woke up to find views and orders growing. However, filming your computer screen breaks TikTok's policy. For better compliance, I decided to drive to Walmart to pick up the products for better quality videos.

Taking the money out of TikTok requires waiting until the customer receives the product and does not refund. While some earnings trickle in daily, the bulk remains pending.

Overall, my advice is to pick products with high commission rates and viral appeal, use TikTok's internal features such as ads to gain followers legally and start earning. Although I am mainly focused on dropshipping, TikTok Shop offers an untapped opportunity that you should seize.
