When I started this journey back in August of 2020, I began in my dad's warehouse. They were running a transportation company and happened to have a few hundred extra square feet in a spare office. Even my dad, who can be described as more of an old-school thinker, thought I was crazy at first. He advised me to work for an experienced 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) company to understand the ins and outs before diving into my own venture.

This is the kind of traditional approach that often seems sensible, and in many aspects, it isn't wrong. Real-world experience from a traditional firm can provide invaluable insights and a foundational understanding of the industry. However, my mission was different. I wanted to innovate and stand out—we wanted to take risks in areas that traditional firms might never consider.

By opting out of the conventional path, we’ve explored opportunities and methods that, had I worked for a conventional firm first, might have seemed implausible or too risky. This approach has allowed us to grow and adapt in a unique way, seizing potential that others might overlook.
