Excel Quick Tips - How to Quickly Analyze Data with Excel #excel #shorts

It's rare that I get impressed when I'm playing around in Excel, but I have to say, this Analyze Data tool is actually kind of cool. Check this out:

On the Home tab, towards the far right, there's a section called Analyze Data. Right away, it shows some intriguing options of things to discover. For instance, one cool feature highlights specific insights from your data.

Here's an example: It identified that vendor ID v0007 has a noticeably higher amount. This is impressive because not only does it pull out an insight, but it also highlights it for you. Plus, it formats the chart in a clean and legible way.

Also, it encourages you to ask questions about your data. If you wonder, "Can you make me a graph showing monthly volume over time?" Boom! It generates a pivot chart right on the spot, showing amount by invoice date or payment type monthly and displaying the trend clearly.

This feature is super helpful, and I strongly recommend you to check it out.

Thanks for watching!
