Collaboration Insights & Analytics | Affiliate Marketing | TikTok Shop UK

Once you start collaborating with creators and making affiliate sales, you can monitor how well your products are performing in the Insight section of the Affiliate Center. Insights focus on three primary areas: product analytics, collaboration analytics, and creator analytics. We recommend keeping track of your collaboration statistics to adjust what's working and what isn't effectively.

Product Analytics

In this section, you can see an overview of your collaborations' core data and product list.

Core Data Metrics:

  • Revenue: Monitor the revenue within a selected timeframe (excluding refunded orders).
  • Estimated Commission: Track the commission paid to creators for all orders (including paid, unpaid, and refunded orders).
  • Sales Creator: Number of sales within the selected timeframe.
  • Items Sold: The number of items sold, excluding refunded orders.
  • Sales Product: Number of products generating Gross Merchandise Value (GMV), excluding refunded orders.
  • Refund Item Sold: Number of items sold through the affiliate collaboration that were refunded.
  • Refund Revenue: Revenue from refunded items.

You can click on Trend Comparison to select different data metrics to compare, such as Item Sold vs. Revenue. Customize your selected timeframe at the top of the screen by choosing the start date and end date (day, week, and month).

Product List

Below the core data, you’ll find a product list that allows you to look through data metrics for specific items from your TikTok shop. You can toggle between product name and product ID when you search, then pick the main category it's in. Data metrics you can track include:

  • Revenue
  • Refund Revenue
  • Items Sold
  • Refund Items Sold
  • Estimated Commission
  • Sample Number
  • Sales Creator
  • Video Number
  • Live Number

You have the option to export this data in a report and review your export records from the last 7 days. By viewing details for each product, you’ll be taken to a Product Details page where performance metrics, affiliate revenue, the number of items sold, and estimated commissions are displayed.

Collaboration Analytics

This is split into Target Collaborations and Open Collaborations.

Core Data:

  • Affiliate GMV: Total amount of paid orders thanks to creator collaborations.
  • Affiliate Items Sold: Including refunded orders.
  • Number of Creators: In either collaboration.

Tables underneath allow you to narrow down your data. The Target Collaboration Table and Open Collaboration Table present data like:

  • Collaboration Name
  • Product Name
  • Product ID
  • Collaboration ID
  • Creator Details

Creator Analytics

Here you can explore performance insights from your creator partnerships.

Core Data Metrics:

  • Affiliate GMV
  • Affiliate Live GMV
  • Affiliate Shoppable Video GMV
  • Estimated Commission
  • Items Sold
  • Affiliate Items Returned

To customize your data options, click on Metrics. You can also Export the data to your computer. Check out video rankings in the Video Ranking section and view detailed performance metrics for individual videos.

The final table looks at creators from all top GMV categories, EC levels, MCNs (Multi-Channel Networks), and all creators. You can see data metrics such as:

  • Affiliate GMV
  • Estimated Commission
  • Items Sold
  • Affiliate Orders
  • Total Number of Buyers
  • Clickthrough Rate (CTR)
  • Affiliate Followers
  • Affiliate Lives
  • Total Number of Affiliate Shoppable Videos

If you only want to see Target Collaboration Analytics, you can turn on that setting.
