While there were various levels of opinions on its effectiveness, we embarked on this experiment to see what it could offer in terms of new insights and efficiencies.

Despite encountering numerous hallucinations, whether it was in packing style or speed, Chat GPT managed to deliver results that we had never considered. It came up with innovative suggestions such as adding a piece of cardboard in certain places, providing a fresh perspective we hadn't explored.

The real magic, however, came when dealing with more intricate logistics elements. From shipping rates to leases, legalities, and even certifications—can we ship alcohol, for instance—it’s a complex world to navigate. Being able to discuss these topics with an AI chatbot has been both wild and incredibly insightful.

Interestingly, one of our software partners, specializing in inventory management, recently proposed developing an AI chat bot for our team. Their suggestion was that our team could just directly talk to the bot to solve various issues. We were immediately sold on the idea, seeing the potential benefits it could bring.
