It’s no secret that CapCut has transitioned many of its features to Pro, such as the background removal and enhanced voice features. Living in Nigeria, we often experience background noises – whether it's a chicken clucking, a goat bleating, or kids playing. Thankfully, CapCut provides options to enhance and isolate voices to help eliminate such distractions. However, these features are now paid. So, what can we do? Always remember: there's always a way!

In this tutorial, I will demonstrate how you can utilize these CapCut Pro features for free. If that sounds intriguing, make sure to stick around until the end of the video.

Removing Background Noise

To remove background noise and make your video sound professional:

  1. Import the video into CapCut.
  2. Navigate to the toolbar and look for Isolate Voice. Note that this feature is now marked as Pro.
  3. Alternatively, locate the Enhanced Voice feature, which is also marked as Pro.
  4. Toggle it on and wait for the processing to finish (you will see it reach 99% - that’s normal).
  5. A notification will appear saying “Voice Enhanced” once it's complete.

Now that we have eliminated the background noise, let's move on to adding Auto Captions.

Adding Auto Captions

Auto captions also transitioned to a paid feature. Here’s how to include them in your videos:

  1. Click on Text in the toolbar and select Auto Captions.
  2. Choose from various templates available (some may be Pro).
  3. Once you select a template, it will say "Generating Captions" as it processes your audio to create text.
  4. Review the generated captions: you might need to correct any misheard words or phrases.

You can change the font style and resize the text using pinch gestures on your screen. Go through your video to ensure everything is accurate.

Saving Your Edited Video

Now for the part you’ve been waiting for: how to save your edited video without incurring fees for Pro features! Here’s the magic trick:

  • Simply screen record your work at 4K and 60 FPS to maintain video quality.
